Shipping and Delivery

We offer free hotel delivery across Phuket. Orders placed before 9am ICT are typically delivered by 11am the same day. For full delivery information, please see our FAQs.

International shipping is available. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return window on all full-price items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. For full details, see our Return Policy.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

AI Virtual Try-On

Our AI virtual try-on feature is provided for informational purposes only. Results are AI-generated approximations and may not perfectly represent the actual fit or appearance of our products. Photos uploaded to the try-on feature are processed in real-time and not stored after your session.
